I am a journalist and editor writing for The Times, Sunday Times, Guardian, i, Independent, Telegraph, Observer and London Standard. I also run media coaching workshops and offer editorial consultancy for brands, agencies and PRs.
My latest podcast, (In)Justice: Killer Privilege, launched exclusively on Wondery+ in March 2025 and is Wondery’s third most successful show ever, having reached #2 in the Apple Podcast Series charts. The investigative series, written and hosted by me, tells the story of grieving mother Katja Faber as she fights to achieve justice for her son Alex, who died in shocking circumstances in 2014. It was called “gripping” by The Sunday Times’ top podcast reviewer, was splashed across a billboard in New York’s Times Square, and has even prompted a new motion to be discussed in Swiss parliament.
I am currently writing a novel alongside writing news review features, true crime investigations, celebrity and political profiles and features on women’s health, travel, fitness and lifestyle for national magazines and newspapers. I regularly speak about my work on Times Radio, BBC London and BBC 5 Live.
Before going freelance in 2024, I spent seven years as an commissioning editor and writer on the features desk at The Standard in London, where I hosted the newspaper’s chart-topping podcast series, London Love Stories with Katie Strick, with guests including Richard Curtis and Sadiq Khan. I am currently writing my debut novel, ELIZA PICKETT WANTS YOUR LOVE STORIES, inspired by the podcast.
